How it works


Step 1: Complete administrative processes

  • Provide Maviance with your administrative documents

  • Sign the NDA and the contract with maviance

  • Pay all required fees (Integration Fees)

  • Maviance will provide you with the Smobilpay for e-commerce documentation and credentials

Step 2: Register and integrate with Smobilpay for e-commerce as a merchant

  • Register on the merchant portal

  • Maviance will activate the merchant account after verification

  • Once Activated, Smobilpay for e-commerce will send a confirmation email to the merchant

  • You create a website and integrate Smobilpay for e-commerce for processing payments from your customers

Step 3: A purchase is made

  • Your customer makes a payment using any of the supported payment methods via Smobilpay for e-commerce

Step 4: Payment reflects the merchant

  • Smobilpay for e-commerce processes the payment

  • The payment amount is held in a trust account at the bank.

    • A trust account means that maviance does not have access to the money in the bank

Step 5: Notifications sent

  • Notifications are sent via email and webhooks to you and the customer with a summary of the transaction and the payment status.

  • Smobilpay for e-commerce has 24/7 customer service in case of any inqueries

Step 6: Status is updated

  • You can track all transactions and payment status by logging in to the merchant portal or via API

Step 7: Payment settled

  • Login to the merchant portal and request a payout

  • Maviance approves and processes the payout request according to your configuration and based on the agreed upon payout plan
